UPDATE 27 Mar 2024

Hello Everyone

We had a wonderful time with the Glasshouse Senior Citizens group on Tuesday. They were very appreciative of us coming all that way to be with them. Although I felt we were performing rather than them joining in. I think being on the stage was the problem and no words on the screen didn’t help. We should have been down on the floor with them instead. At any rate we have been invited back again later in the year. (So I guess they are thinking they will still be an active group by then.)

As it is the Easter long weekend, there will be no singing practice this Friday 29th March. Our next practice will be Friday 5th April.

Please have a safe and enjoyable Easter break and I look forward to seeing you next month.

Regards

UPDATE 10 Mar 2024

Hello Everyone

As discussed at our practice last Friday, we have been invited to perform at the Glasshouse Country Seniors Citizens meeting on Tuesday 26th March from 9.30am. Refreshments will be provided. We intend to use one the busses for transport if available.

This will be a good opportunity for us to meet with another senior group. I was advised that this could be their last meeting as they are having difficulty maintaining the ongoing viability of the group.

Could you please let me know as soon as you can if you are available on that day and I will let the organiser know.

Kind regards

Charles
